Whether dropping off your game console in person or shipping it, here is what you need to know:

We first run full hardware diagnostics prior to repairing any console. Once diagnostics are performed you will be notified of the results and cost of repair. Cost of diagnostics is $35.00 – If you proceed with repairing your console then the diagnostic fee of $35.00 is waived and you are only responsible for the cost of repair. If the console is not repairable or if you decide not to proceed with repairing your console, you are then responsible only for the diagnostic fee of $35.00. We do not perform any repair without your authorization.

Typically once you bring in your console diagnostic results are achieved within 7 days after drop off. If you're shipping your console, expect diagnostics results within 7 days after we’ve signed for your package. When bringing in or shipping your console, you need to only bring the console itself. We do not need any accessories or the power cables. Please make sure that there is no game in the drive, if there is a game disc stuck in the console, then please clearly mark your console with a label stating so. We are NOT responsible for lost games or accessories. If your console contains a larger hard drive that you’ve installed, please mark the console with a label showing the size of the drive.

If shipping your console to us, please include a paid return shipping label. When shipping please keep in mind that we can provide you with the fastest turnaround time if you use FedEx as your shipping agent. We can accommodate UPS and USPS but may delay your process of shipment by 24 hours.

When shipping your console please include the following information:

Telephone (cell, home or work)

Clearly explain in your words the problems you are experiencing.

Prior to sending your package please call us at 1-866-466-3757 so we may create a work order for your console and provide with an order number.

Once we receive the console you will get confirmation by phone. At this time we can process your diagnostic bench fee over the phone or you pay by clicking here. Once you authorize repair of your console the diagnostic bench fee will be credited toward the total cost of repair.
