Advanced Diagnostic Bench Fee:  PC's $35, Laptops $65. Our technicians will run a complete diagnostic of your computer to determine the cause of your computer problems. Diagnostic fee is waived once repair work is authorized. We do not perform any repair work until you're notified and work is authorized.

Remote Access Session:  $99 Flat Rate (Up to 1 hour). With Remote Access troubleshooting, you can stay in the comfort of your home while one of our technicians remotely connects to your computer to solve your computer problems. Existing broadband internet connection required.

In-Home Service Rates:  $99 Per Hour Plus Flat Service Call Fee. Service Call Fee is based on your geographical location.

In-Home PC Setup:  $149. Let one of our highly trained technicians unpack and setup your new PC. Also includes a 15 minute tutorial on how to use your new PC. Includes setup of internet connection (internet service must be active).

In-Home Wireless Network Setup:  $199 Up to 2 PC's. Includes configuration of printer, file and internet sharing (Wireless Router & WiFi Card not included).

Business On-Site Service:  $130/hour plus Service Call Fee based on your geographical location. We cover all of New Jersey and New York City.
